During Lent everyone is encouraged to renew their commitment to prayer and devotion as we prepare to remember Christ’s death and celebrate the Resurrection. During this season of preparation there will be various opportunities to pray for ourselves, our loved ones, our world and our church.
Grounded in Gratitude Daily Devotions
Beginning Monday, Feb 23rd, daily Lenten devotionals will be available via the Grace Avenue Mobile App, www.GraceAvenue.org and social media. Devotions, provided by the Prayer Ministry Team and Grace Avenue staff, will focus on using Scripture to pray as we journey toward Easter. Paper versions of the devotionals will be available in the Welcome Centers at the Church.

On Palm Sunday you are invited to experience Master, Is It I?, a Last Supper Tableau. Come and worship as
Da Vinci’s The Last Supper comes to life! Da Vinci’s painting comes to life in this memorable and moving performance. In this inspiring play, each disciple comes to life and tells about his relationship with Christ. This presentation is for all ages.

Come and join in this worship service that remembers Jesus’ final evening with his disciples. Communion will be part of this service. The Prayer Garden will be available before and after the service.
Good Friday (April 3rd)
7:00pm | Sanctuary
Good Friday presents us with an opportunity to encounter the reality of Christ’s suffering and to walk with Him in his journey. Join the Adult Choirs of Grace Avenue as we remember where Christ has suffered and where he suffers today in a moving service of worship.
Holy Saturday (April 4th)
Worship Center | 5:30pm
In the tradition of the early church we will anticipate and continue to wait on Christ’s resurrection by celebrating the baptism of adults and families in our congregation who have never been baptized. The service will include a special Holy Saturday message. The service, with its emphasis on adult baptism, will not be a duplication of our Easter Sunday services, but rather is intended to be a unique event during Holy Week.
