EARLY BIRD OUTINGS

This group gathers monthly for an early showing of a movie and lunch. We attend the FIRST showing to the tune of $5.00 or $5.25 a ticket and few in the audience. We have met at Cinemark Frisco Square and AMC 24, Stonebriar Mall. We have a discussion (also bonding) lunch very nearby right after. Come as a couple, come stag, or bring a friend. MONTHLY BOOK CLUB

This is an informal group. No one is in charge. It meets the first Monday of every month at 1:00 in Room 214. We bring water, coffee, or nothing but ourselves. We have the latest copies of the New York Times Best Seller list if needed, but anyone is welcome to suggest a book. If there is ever a lull in the conversation--a rarity--we each rate the book 1-10 and tell why. We have a nice mix of ages. Four of the "originals" have read 65 books together.
