On this website Grace Avenue United Methodist Church may collect fees associated with event registrations and/or supplies associated with those events. Occasionally someone may require a refund. All refund requests will be directed to our Business Administration Office for processing. You may contact the churhc office at 972-335-2882. Refund decisions will be based on several factors relating the transaction you are requesting a refund for. These could include (but not limited to) the following:
- Did Grace Avenue United Methodist Church incur expense to secure your participation in the event that we are unable to reclaim?
- Was the event noted as non refundable?
Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis, taking into account all of the information and making every effort to be fair to all parties involved.
