Faithful Preparation:
Equipping Ourselves for Anti-Racist Work
Sunday, August 28th | 6:00pm | Tom Graves Hall
Our Christian faith calls us to unlearn what the world has taught us about our racism in our world, and to equip ourselves to the work of anti-racism without doing further harm.  For many this is a complex and nuanced process.  The Grace Avenue/Grace Chapel Journey Toward Racial Justice team is offering a time for education and holy conversation.  During this time we will learn basic terminology and concepts to help prepare us for the next steps of our journey and for full participation in JTRJ ministries later this fall.  Childcare will be available upon request.
