Offering Waves of Grace Through a Time of Prayer

Grace Avenue would like to offer an opportunity to come together as a community to lift up prayers for our loved ones who are in the midst of the storm and flooding. As we watch our neighbors in Southeast Texas struggle with the effects of Hurricane Harvey and catastrophic flooding, our hearts ache. Many of us have close relatives and friends who a have been directly affected. We feel compelled to act, but the circumstances leave us feeling helpless.
Come to the Grace Avenue Sanctuary anytime from 6:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, August 30th. At 7:00 pm we will have an intentional time of communal prayer, Scripture reading and song.
During this time all will be invited to lift up, by name, those who we are entrusting to God’s care.
Please invite friends and neighbors who might need a supportive community during this time. People of all faiths are invited to join us.
