Join us one time or join us every week!
Take some time during this Lenten season to feed both your body and your faith. We will be gathering each Wednesday to share a meal and a time of devotion and conversation. All ages are invited to participate. Meals will be family-friendly. Registration is appreciated. A love offering will be received to offset the cost of meals.
Women’s Night Out: Interfaith Night of Friendship

February is a month to celebrate love and friendship. It offers a perfect opportunity to meet new friends in our community. All women are invited to join us for an evening of good food around tables while we share in conversation about our hopes and dreams for our community. We hope that friendships will be formed as we get to know our neighbors. Childcare available.

Insight Out: Exploring the Labyrinth
Sunday, February 25 at 4:00 pm | Worship Center
Laurie Hanson Roberts will be leading an informational class on walking the labyrinth. We will talk about the history of labyrinths, give suggestions on how to walk a labyrinth, and share the locations of labyrinths in the North Texas area. There will be a time for questions as well as the opportunity to walk one of the two labyrinths at Grace Avenue. Childcare is available.

“Insight Out” is a Lenten journey paralleling our worship series that invites participants to engage in a contemplative and transformative process, mirroring the spiritual labyrinth.
Practical Prayer: Real Tools for the Average "Pray-er"

Sundays at 9:15 am | February 25 - March 17 We invite you to join us at the beginning of the Lenten season to pick up some practical prayer tools which will support a regular prayer practice and interact with others who are doing the same.

Gifts for Teachers
Spread some joy to our teachers at Brent and Corbell Elementary this spring by helping to make “Thinking of You” gifts which we will deliver to the schools.
Peat Pot Flowers
Come create a peat pot and seed gifts to brighten someone’s day. We will include an invitation to Grace Avenue’s Easter Worship services.

Welcome Kits Collection
February 14-March 24, 2024
Throughout Lent, in partnership with Church World Services, our Welcome with Grace Team is collecting kits to help refugees with some of their immediate needs when arriving in a new home. You can drop employment, cleaning, or toiletry kits in the collection bins around the church or in the Grace on the Go Trailer. Details and contents of the kits are al the link.
Labyrinth Field Trips
As we focus on using the Labyrinth as a spiritual practice this Lenten season, we would like to invite you to venture into our community and experience the many different labyrinth opportunities in our area. Grace Avenue staff will be coordinating some field trips to local labyrinths (watch for details!) or you can check them out yourself (or your Small Group).

Easter Egg Hunt

Come and join us for Easter Eggs, petting zoo, lawn games, inflatables, egg toss, hotdogs/sandwiches, sweet treats, and prizes! Children of all ages are welcome to come and join us for this fun Spring event. We will have staggered start times for each age group (details at link). Please make sure that you are at your hunt location a few minutes before your start time, because once the hunt begins there is no turning back!
