At Grace Avenue United Methodist Church, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not give, sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding visitors to any third party. When you make a payment on www.graceavenue.org, we ask for your personal information necessary to fulfill and track your payment. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card. Credit card payments made on www.graceavenue.org are transmitted over a secure server. On this website Grace Avenue United Methodist Church may collect fees associated with event registrations and/or supplies associated with those events. Occasionally someone may require a refund. All refund requests will be directed to our Business Administration Office for processing. You may contact the churhc office at 972-335-2882.  Refund decisions will be based on several factors relating the transaction you are requesting a refund for. These could include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Did Grace Avenue United Methodist Church incur expense to secure your participation in the event that we are unable to reclaim?
  • Was the event noted as non refundable?

Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis, taking into account all of the information and making every effort to be fair to all parties involved.
