Wonderfully Made and Loved by God Human Sexuality Workshop
For 5th-7th Grades
January 18-20, 2024
Wonderfully Made is a United Methodist resource that offers preteens and their parents an opportunity to begin the important conversations about bodies, human growth, sexuality, reproduction and relationships from a Christian perspective. The Participant’s Book is the resource that helps children ages 10-12 understand their bodies, the changes they are going through, and how God loves them now and always. The course explains sexual anatomy as well as the different aspects of puberty. Participants and their parents will also discuss the influence of social media on sexual desire and decision making.
This faith-based human sexuality workshop is designed specifically for 5th and 7th graders. The workshop will be held January 19-20 with a parent meeting on January 18. This workshop is open to church members and the community.
